We charge a fixed monthly management fee billed in GBP or USD. There are no percentages applied to rental income, no opaque commission structures and no hidden costs. You know exactly what you are paying every month before you commit.
Our fees reflect the scope of services agreed at the outset. Whether you require core property management, full home management or a bespoke concierge arrangement, the fee is fixed for the duration of the engagement.
Maintenance and contractor costs are passed through at actual cost, with your approval required above any threshold agreed in advance. We do not mark up third-party work.
